Wat wij samen van plan zijn te doen

Voorzie onze klanten: Lever onderhoudsconcepten, levenscycluskosten, obsolescentie-informatie en aanbevelingen voor reserveonderdelen.
Maak documentatie: Zorg voor duidelijke en complete documentatie voor gebruik en onderhoud van onze systemen.
Organiseer trainingen: Plan en verzorg trainingen voor gebruikers en onderhoudsteams, inclusief Train-the-Trainer-programma’s.
Leid het ILS-team: Neem verantwoordelijkheid voor WPM-ILS en zorg voor tijdige levering van alle ILS-resultaten binnen het project.
Coördineer stakeholders: Werk nauw samen met klanten, interne teams en leveranciers.
Rapporteer voortgang: Stel voortgangsrapportages op en beheer kansen en risico’s.
Wees de verbindende schakel: Zorg voor goede communicatie tussen alle betrokken partijen.

Waarmee je overtuigt

Je hebt een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in een relevant vakgebied.
Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring in projectmanagement en kent processen en methoden goed.
Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en kunt duidelijk en effectief samenwerken.
Je werkt kostenbewust, klantgericht en resultaatgericht en houdt doelen en budgetten scherp in de gaten.
Je zoekt actief samenwerking met verschillende teams en afdelingen.
Je hebt commercieel inzicht en begrijpt zakelijke en financiële aspecten.
Je bent bereid om meerdere keren per jaar internationaal te reizen.
Je werkt graag samen en vindt wederzijdse steun en hulp vanzelfsprekend. Je bent een echte teamspeler.
Je neemt proactief initiatief en draagt actief bij aan het ontwikkelen van ideeën en oplossingen.
Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid voor je taken en resultaten.
Je beheerst het Nederlands en Engels uitstekend, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling.
Idealiter heb je ook kennis van de Duitse taal.
