Wat wij samen van plan zijn te doen

Werk nauw samen met engineeringteams: Verzamel, organiseer en bundel technische informatie voor product- en systeemontwikkeling.
Houd processen op orde: Zorg ervoor dat het team klantprocessen naleeft en continu verbetert.
Ontwikkel en onderhoud databases: Bouw doorzoekbare systemen die ervaringen, best practices en engineeringmethoden vastleggen.
Structuur in documentatie: Zorg dat technische documentatie logisch is opgeslagen en eenvoudig hergebruikt kan worden.
Controleer en actualiseer: Houd het kennismanagementsysteem actueel en relevant.
Ontwikkel tools: Help bij het creëren van middelen om de efficiëntie van engineeringprocessen te verhogen.
Stimuleer kennisdeling: Organiseer workshops en trainingen om kennisuitwisseling binnen het team te bevorderen.
Ondersteun projecten: Lever informatie en middelen zodat beslissingen snel genomen kunnen worden.
Werk cross-functioneel: Zorg voor uniforme documentatie en informatie-uitwisseling tussen teams.

Waarmee je overtuigt

Je hebt een afgeronde opleiding in engineering of een vergelijkbare richting (bij voorkeur een master).
Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring in systems engineering of vergelijkbare technische functies met focus op kennismanagement.
Je bent vertrouwd met database- en documentatietools.
Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en kunt goed samenwerken met verschillende teams.
Je hebt kennis van engineeringdesignprocessen en -standaarden.
Je werkt graag samen en vindt wederzijdse steun en hulp vanzelfsprekend. Je bent een echte teamspeler.
Je neemt proactief initiatief en draagt actief bij aan het ontwikkelen van ideeën en oplossingen.
Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid voor je taken en resultaten.
Je beheerst het Nederlands en Engels uitstekend, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling.
Idealiter heb je ook kennis van de Duitse taal.
