Stakeholdercommunicatie: Optreden als belangrijke schakel tussen technische teams en zakelijke belanghebbenden.
Cross-functionele samenwerking: Bevorderen van duidelijke en open communicatie op alle niveaus binnen de organisatie.
Eisenbeheer: Vertalen van klant- en stakeholderbehoeften naar uitvoerbare productvereisten.
Agiele productontwikkeling: Aansturen van productontwikkeling met behulp van agile methodologieën (Scrum/Kanban).
Strategische afstemming: Zorgen voor afstemming tussen bedrijfsdoelstellingen en technische uitvoering.
Teamleiderschap: Inspireren en ondersteunen van het team door middel van coaching en samenwerking.
Stakeholdermanagement: Communiceer zowel intern als extern en werk nauw samen met projectteams, stakeholders en klanten.

Waarmee je overtuigt

Je hebt minimaal een bachelordiploma.
Je bent creatief en proactief, met uitstekende vaardigheden in stakeholdermanagement.
Je communiceert effectief, luistert actief, stelt de juiste vragen en drukt jezelf professioneel uit.
Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar aantoonbare ervaring als Product Owner of in een vergelijkbare rol.
Je hebt praktische ervaring met JIRA (Scrum / Kanban).
Je bent resultaatgericht, met een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en gevoel voor eigenaarschap.
Je werkt graag in en met teams, en kunt anderen overtuigen, inspireren, coachen en ondersteunen.
Je begrijpt de behoeften van technische klanten en applicatie-eigenaren.
Je werkt graag samen en vindt wederzijdse steun en hulp vanzelfsprekend. Je bent een echte teamspeler.
Je neemt proactief initiatief en draagt actief bij aan het ontwikkelen van ideeën en oplossingen.
Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid voor je taken en resultaten.
Je beheerst het Engels uitstekend, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling.
Idealiter heb je ook kennis van de Duitse taal.
