Project Management: Structure, plan, and manage complex projects.
Create Clarity: Establish clear structures, maintain an overview throughout all project phases for and with your stakeholders, and document them accordingly.
Act Proactively: Take a forward-thinking approach to ensure project success.
Oversee Sprint Transitions: Organize and lead sprint transitions to drive continuous improvement.
Prepare Safety Documentation: Actively contribute to the creation of safety documentation.
Stakeholder Management: Communicate both internally and externally, and collaborate closely with project teams, stakeholders, and clients.

What you convince with

You have a degree in a technical field (engineering, computer science, industrial engineering, or similar).
You have experience in agile project work.
You possess strong technical understanding and a high affinity for hardware development.
You have a confident demeanor and an engaging presentation style.
Analytical and conceptual thinking characterize your work approach.
You have excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
Ideally, you also have knowledge of German.
You are willing to travel regularly, including internationally.
